No, our service is 100% free to you. We’re paid by the employer when you’re hired so our success comes from helping you find and secure the job.

Who pays my salary once I start working for an employer?

You are contracted and paid directly by the employer. We don’t get involved in your contracts or salary. Our role is simply to help you secure the position.

What types of positions and roles do you recruit for?

We recruit for full-time, part-time and self-employed positions across the beauty industry, whether you specialise in nails, facials, brows, lashes, massage and more.

What if my CV is outdated, poorly designed or I don’t have one?

No problem, we’ll help with your CV, discuss your needs, prepare your application, share your profile with suitable employers and share relevant job openings.

How do you find the right job for me?

We first understand your needs and skills, including experience, salary expectations, travel distance and work hours, then match you with suitable opportunities.

Originally established in 2019, Beauty Talent Network was founded by Leslie Soldi & Sylwia Czarnota, whose roots in recruitment inspired them to create something different.
